How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Here are our Delivery Timelines Kampala: 2-4 business days from the day of placing an order. Upcountry: 4-6 business days from the day of placing an order. The timelines quoted are business days- Monday to Friday only, weekends and public holidays are NOT included. They vary depending on the delivery option chosen: Door delivery starts from the day you place an order to the day our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mondays to Fridays

How do I place an Order?

Shopping on TilyExpress is easy! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below: Click on "add to cart" and add this product to your cart. Click on "cart" in the top right corner, Click on "View cart" Click on "Proceed to Checkout" Register/login to to your account by entering your name, email and address plus the phone number (enter your shipping and billing information. Choose your preferred payment option Agree to the terms and conditions by ticking the box. Click on "Place order" to proceed to the payment portal and complete your order. once your order is placed, we will either automatically send you a confirmation email or call you within two two three working hours before we ship your order. How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
